O Ibovespa encerrou a quinta-feira em leve queda de 0,1%, aos 134.511 pontos. Em um dia de agenda esvaziada, o desempenho do índice seguiu refletindo a cautela dos investidores diante do aumento das incertezas no cenário doméstico após à escalada das tensões geopolíticas entre Brasil e Estados Unidos.
O principal destaque positivo foi Braskem (BRKM5, +3,8%), que avançou mesmo após revisão para baixo de seu preço-alvo por um banco de investimentos. Na ponta negativa, Yduqs (YDUQ3, -6,0%) ampliou as perdas acumuladas nos dois pregões anteriores.
Para a sessão desta sexta-feira, as atenções se voltam para o discurso do presidente do Federal Reserve, Jerome Powell, no simpósio de Jackson Hole, que deve oferecer novos sinais sobre os rumos da política monetária americana. Saiba mais sobre o simpósio aqui.
Renda Fixa
As taxas futuras de juros encerraram a sessão de quinta-feira com abertura da curva. No Brasil, o movimento foi impulsionado por notícias relacionadas à aplicação da Lei Magnitsky em território nacional e ao fortalecimento do governo nas pesquisas eleitorais. Além disso, o cenário internacional e a oferta de títulos prefixados pelo Tesouro, potencializaram o movimento. Nos Estados Unidos, à espera do simpósio de Jackson Hole, o destaque foi a fala de Jeffrey Smith, do Fed de Kansas, que afirmou que a política monetária está moderadamente restritiva, o que dificulta o processo de cortar juros sem comprometer os mandatos de estabilidade e pleno emprego. Por lá, os rendimentos das Treasuries de dois anos terminaram o dia em 3,79% (+3,6bps vs. pregão anterior), enquanto os de dez anos em 4,33% (+2,1bps). Na curva local, o DI jan/26 encerrou em 14,91% (- 0,3bp vs. pregão anterior); DI jan/27 em 14,08% (+5bps); DI jan/29 em 13,41% (+8,1bps); DI jan/31 em 13,76% (+12,4bps).
Mercados globais
Nesta sexta-feira, os futuros nos EUA sobem (S&P 500: +0,2%; Nasdaq 100: +0,2%), com investidores à espera do discurso de Jerome Powell em Jackson Hole, que deve trazer pistas sobre o rumo da política monetária. O mercado precifica 75% de chance de corte de 0,25 p.p. em setembro, mas teme tom mais duro do Fed. Como destaques da temporada de resultados temos a Intuit, que caiu quase 6% no after-market, mesmo com resultados acima do esperado, enquanto Zoom subiu 5% após superar estimativas do 2T25.
Na Europa, as bolsas sobem (Stoxx 600: +0,2%), apoiadas pelo acordo comercial entre EUA e União Europeia, que limitou tarifas sobre fármacos a 15%, abaixo dos níveis antes ameaçados por Trump. O setor farmacêutico lidera ganhos, com Idorsia (+7,4%), Abivax (+5,5%) e ALK-Abello (+5,7%). Automotivas também avançam, após sinalização de redução gradual de tarifas industriais. Já na Alemanha, o PIB revisado mostrou contração de 0,3% no 2T25, mais forte que a leitura inicial.
Na China, os mercados avançaram (CSI 300: +2,1%; HSI: +0,3%), em linha com a expectativa pelo discurso de Powell. O movimento contrastou com perdas na Austrália, onde o S&P/ASX 200 caiu 0,6% após dados de inflação acima do esperado, e na Índia, que recuou em torno de 0,6%.
IFIX
Após um início de semana negativo, o Índice de Fundos Imobiliários (IFIX) encerrou o pregão de quinta-feira em alta de 0,09%, mesmo diante de uma nova rodada de forte abertura na curva de juros. O movimento nos juros futuros reflete a cautela dos investidores diante do aumento das incertezas no cenário doméstico, após a escalada das tensões geopolíticas entre Brasil e Estados Unidos e o fortalecimento do governo nas pesquisas eleitorais.
Os fundos de tijolo lideraram os ganhos na sessão, com valorização média de 0,07%, enquanto os fundos de papel apresentaram desempenho médio estável. Entre as maiores altas do dia, destacaram-se PATL11 (2,3%), HGRE11 (1,1%) e BTLG11 (1,1%). Já entre as principais quedas, figuraram DEVA11 (-3,5%), PORD11 (-1,8%) e SARE11 (-1,5%).
Economia
Os dados antecedentes do PMI dos Estados Unidos mostraram forte recuperação em agosto, com o índice composto atingindo 55,4, nível mais alto desde dezembro. A melhoria foi puxada pela indústria, que atingiu o maior valor desde maio de 2022, enquanto os serviços recuaram levemente, mas manteve-se acima dos 50 pontos que separam contração de expansão. De maior importância, os efeitos das tarifas começam a ficar mais evidentes. Dados de pedidos de seguro-desemprego também mostraram leve alta, atingindo 235 mil na última semana e corroborando a visão de um mercado de trabalho menos apertado. No Brasil, dados de arrecadação continuaram mostrando desaceleração na margem, mas ainda permanecem com um nível de crescimento elevado, que deve contribuir para o atingimento da meta de resultado primário.
Na agenda do dia, destaque para o discurso de Jerome Powell, presidente do Fed, no simpósio de Jackson Hole, que ganha mais peso diante da possibilidade de cortes de juros no mês que vem e dos dados de inflação que mostram os primeiros efeitos das tarifas.
