Tweed Overall Dress / Black & Gray

É engraçado ver peças idênticas àquelas que usávamos quando éramos crianças a voltar a estar na moda (90's baby). É isso que penso quando vejo estes vestidos/macacões por aí. Já não usava um há mil anos atrás, mas quando vi este macacão não pensei muito mais e decidi arriscar. O facto de ter este tecido estilo tweed fez-me achá-lo especialmente diferente.


It's funny to see clothes identical to the ones we used to wear when we were kids coming back in style (90's baby). That's what I think when I see these overall dresses out there. I haven't worn one since forever, but when I saw this overall dress I did not think much and ordered it. The fact that it is in this tweed style material made me find it especially different.


Acho que esta foto (em cima) ficou especialmente derpy, mas resolvi publicá-la na mesma (sei que costumo estar muito séria nas fotos, mas metade do tempo estou com esta cara!). Fiz uma combinação extremamente básica com o macacão. Aliás, acabei por não fugir nada à sugestão que aparece na loja. Pareceu-me o modo mais simples de o combinar, e, foi, no fundo, uma primeira experiência. Consigo facilmente imaginá-lo com aquelas camisolas mais "largalhonas"!


I think this photo above turned out especially derpy (the vertical one), but I decided to post it anyways (I know most of the time I'm very serious in photos, but half the time I have this face on!). I made an extremely basic combination with the dress. In fact, I did not escape much from the suggestion that appears in the store's website. It seemed the simplest way to combine it, and it was, actually, a first experience. I can easily imagine it looking pretty cool with those looser sweaters!


Adoro o facto de ter bolsos na frente. Só depois de ver as fotos é que realmente notei a quantidade de vezes que tinha as mãos nos bolsos. Dão jeito! Este foi um daqueles dias especialmente ventosos em que não havia necessidade de me estar a preocupar com o cabelo, a única solução era mesmo "segurá-lo" para não fugir! Acho que se nota pelas fotos.


I love that it has pockets in the front. It was only after seeing the pictures that I noticed the amount of times I had my hands in the pockets. It's comfy! This was one of those especially windy days when it didn't really matter to bother about my hair, the only solution was to "hold it" so it wouldn't run away! I think you can tell that by the photos. Do you like this type of overall dress? Did you also wore them as a child?
