A Éclatant é uma loja online que vende perfumes, produtos de cosmética, maquilhagem e até óculos de sol. Tem diversas marcas (algumas que não são de tão fácil acesso) e conquistou-me de imediato. Dentro da vastidão de produtos e marcas que a loja disponibiliza, foi-me possível escolher algumas coisinhas para experimentar. Optei por três marcas que já queria experimentar há algum tempo (excepto uma, que me era desconhecida). Todas elas de skincare e todas elas cruelty free.


Éclatant is an online store that sells perfumes, cosmetic products, make-up and even sunglasses. It sells the most diverse brands and it conquered me immediately. Within the vast range of products and brands that the store offers, I was able to choose a few things to try. I chose three brands that I had wanted to try for some time (except one that was unknown to me). All of them are skincare related and are also cruelty free.

Como lip balm freak que sou não podia perder a oportunidade de adquirir pelo menos um para experimentar. Optei por este de "Guava" (goiaba) da Korres - uma marca que conhecia mas da qual nunca tinha experimentado nada. Não contém petrolatum nem nenhum dos seus derivados e é verdadeiramente hidratante. Tem uma textura muito amanteigada e o cheirinho é incrível (nunca provei goiaba, acho que está na hora). Estou fã! Este não deixa qualquer tipo de cor nos lábios mas existem outros dentro da gama que o fazem (pessoalmente prefiro hidratantes sem cor).

Since I am a lip balm freak I could not miss the opportunity to acquire at least one to try. I chose this one from Korres  (guava flavored) - a brand that I knew but of which I had never tried anything before. It contains no petrolatum or any of its derivatives and is truly moisturizing. It has a very buttery texture and the scent is incredible (I've never tasted guava, I think I need to). I'm a fan! This does not leave any kind of color on the lips but there are others within the range that do (I personally prefer colorless moisturizers).

A Bella Aurora tem produtos especializados em combater manchas, coisa que me desperta imenso interesse. Já tinha este protetor solar debaixo de olho há algum tempo, confesso. Ainda não tinha descoberto o ideal - isto é, que não deixe aquele aspeto gorduroso na pele (de fácil absorção) e que fosse cruelty free - até experimentar este. A textura em gel deste protetor solar é muito leve na pele e absorve facilmente. Perfeito! O único "defeito" que lhe aponto é o cheiro. Não é super forte e acaba por desaparecer, mas ainda assim não o adoro (prefiro aromas leves ou sem qualquer tipo de fragrância). Uso diariamente e adapta-se na perfeição por baixo de maquilhagem. Tem fator de proteção solar 50 e é apropriado para peles mistas/oleosas. Existe também uma versão para peles secas.

Bella Aurora has products that specialize in combating dark spots (I'm very interested in that). I wanted to try this sunscreen for a long time, I confess. I still haven't found the ideal - that is, one that doesn't leave that greasy-looking aspect (easily absorbed) and cruelty-free - until I tried this. The gel texture of this sunscreen is very light on the skin and absorbs easily. Perfect! The only "defect" I point to is the smell. It is not super strong and ends up disappearing, but I still don't love it (I prefer light scents or no fragrance at all). I use it daily and works perfectly under makeup. It has SPF 50 and is suitable for combined /oily skins. There is also a version for dry skin.

Ainda da mesma marca escolhi este sabonete de beleza. Tem óleos naturais de coco e glicerina na sua composição e promete limpar em profundidade bem como preparar a pele para uma maior absorção dos produtos que apliquemos em seguida. É bastante suave e limpa muito bem a pele. Já experimentei alguns sabonetes que acabam por deixar a pele meio ressequida. Com este não senti de todo isso. Experimentei também usá-lo para lavar a minha beauty blender e os meus pincéis, e wow! Ficam mesmo muito limpinhos. Acho que vou optar por o utilizar para isso, apesar de ser muito agradável no rosto. Além disso o preço é bem simpático.

From the same brand I also chose this beauty soap. It has natural oils of coconut and glycerin in its composition and promises to clean the skin perfectly as well as prepare it for a greater absorption of the products we apply next. It is quite soft and cleans the skin very well. I've tried some soaps that end up leaving the skin feeling dry. With this I don't feel that at all. I also tried using it to wash my beauty blender and my brushes, and wow! They ended up so clean. I think I prefer to use it for that, even though it's nice and gentle on the face. Besides, the price is quite good.

Nos últimos meses tenho sentido a pele um pouco mais seca e pareceu-me a altura perfeita para apostar num novo hidratante de rosto. Sabia pouco ou nada acerca da marca, mas após uma breve pesquisa fiquei com imensa vontade de experimentar (especialmente ao descobrir ser cruelty free). Optei por este creme que tem uma textura muito leve e agradável. Não sei como se portará com peles verdadeiramente secas (a minha é mista) mas realmente tenho adorado usá-lo neste último mês. Deixa uma sensação aveludada na pele e sinto que realmente hidrata a longo prazo. O aroma é muito suave. Vou sem dúvida continuar a explorar a marca.

In the last few months my skin has been feeling a little drier and it seemed the perfect time to try on a new face moisturizer. I knew little or nothing about the brand, but after a brief research I was eager to experiment (especially when I found out it is cruelty free). I chose this cream which has a very light and nice texture. I do not know how it will behave with truly dry skin (mine is combined) but I really have been loving it for the past month. It leaves a velvety feel and I feel like my skin is way more moisturized these days. The scent is very soft. I will for sure try more products from the brand.
